Carry Those Weights
Almost time to wear those short-sleeved and sleeveless blouses and shirts. I am re-posting a video I hope will assist in your quest for showing off your non-flabby arms. I myself, must also be more diligent with this exercise as I would like to have buffer arms for the spring and summer seasons. Keep healthy and fit by showing off some muscle!

I’ve decided instead of the lame cartoon-like images I have under my post “Tone Your Arms” I’m going to video tape the exercise and add it as a new post so that you can follow along. I am using 4-pound weights in this video; you can use whatever size weights are comfortable for you and gradually increase the weight. I succeeded in completing the 4 exercises in less than 3 minutes. If you do these 4 exercises 5 times a week that’s a total of 15 minutes a week. Make the time and wear that sleeveless blouse with confidence!
Perform 15 to 20 reps of each exercise and go from one move to the next with little or no rest between. Do two or three sets three times a week.
Reverse fly
Biceps Curl
Dumbbell Cross Jab
Lying Triceps Extension
