Daylight Savings

I just found out yesterday, that this weekend is Daylight Savings. Alas, it is the day where we set our clocks ahead and lose a precious hour. So let’s say goodbye to that hour that we capitalized on to hibernate during the winter, and add some form of activity into our shortened day to make the most of it. Keep healthy and fit by welcoming the daylight into our lives!
