Let’s Get Back To ____

Well, it’s the unofficial end of the summer season and that can only mean the following: back to school and vacations are over. No more lounging around the pool drinking piña coladas, wishing the season would never end. Yup, it’s back to reality, so why not make the most of it? My test for you is to fill in the blank: let’s get back to ____! Whether you want to fill in the blanks with these suggestions: Let’s get back to basics, the grindnormalcybelieving in yourself, or just carrying on, you make the pledge and follow through with it! Yes get back to what works best for you.

I’ve had some interesting conversations lately with some family members about nutrition and exercise. I may just think outside the blank and come up with an entirely new program for myself. I’ll give you any progress reports if it works for me. However, in the meantime I’m getting back to my good lifestyle once again. Also In the next few months I will be launching my new website Running With Wrinkles, hopefully I will be able to follow up with posting races around the country, tips, weather, merchandise and more. Therefore I will also be getting back to business as well as my good lifestyle. Keep healthy and fit by taking a pledge to live healthy and fit!
