There Will Be Jogging
Tomorrow is my monthly 5k race and I will compete as any other contest, however there will be no running tomorrow, I will be jogging. Since I started to follow the Dukan Diet and I have been eating very low amounts of carbs, I was advised not to over exert my exercise routine, therefore my pace will be slower and I won’t be vying to finish in my personal best time. My last race was July 7th and I surely have missed the fun, anticipation, excitement, and the overall good feeling that I usually experience when crossing the finish line. Sadly the one thing I will miss the most is my guilt-free pasta dinner tonight (for sure). I know I will still enjoy the jogging as much as contributing to a good cause, that of cystic fibrosis.
